REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
1. Once a value is debited from customer card or bank account and Gradify has received the payment the customer has within 7 working days to claim the refund for attending classes and Study material.
2. If due to technical error transaction performed by customer on the Gradify Website an amount has been charged to customer card or bank account and a value is not delivered within 24 hours of the completion of the transaction. You shall inform us by email. You are required to provide details associated with the transaction like Transaction value, Transaction date, Order number, etc. for our investigation. The solution will be provided within 7 working days of the request raised.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
